trustinthewind CN domain and keyword

(Please forward this to your CEO, because this is urgent. Thanks)

We are the domain registration and solution center in China. On Aug 19, 2016, we received an application from Kewei Holdings Ltd requested "trustinthewind" as their internet keyword and China (CN) domain names (trustinthewind.cn, trustinthewind.com.cn, trustinthewind.net.cn, trustinthewind.org.cn). But after checking it, we find this name conflict with your company name or trademark. In order to deal with this matter better, it's necessary to send email to you and confirm whether your company have association with this Chinese company or not?

Best Regards,

Simon Zhang | Service & Operations Manager

  3. I did as well. Was actually going to respond, but decided to Google the company's name and then saw this identical post with a different name for the "Service & Operations Manager." Of course, if they actually plan on using my trademark for a Chinese domain, there's not much I can do about it from here. It sucks.
